The hotel is in a great location, just a short taxi ride away from the central bus station and very close to the Old Town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with warm and lightweight duvets. The breakfast offers a variety of options including meatballs, scrambled eggs, hams, cheeses, fruits. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and smooth.

Excellent location, walking distance to old city center, restaurants, museums, shopping centers. Neat, clean room, seemed like home. Friendly staff, prompt replies.

They provided everything we asked for, including a kettle, wake-up call, early breakfast, and taxi. We were really surprised that we didn't experience any noise from the bar next door, probably because it was a quiet time of the year. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was situated between the ferry terminal, the main city, and the old town.

It was convenient as it was close to all the touristic attractions. there was a big supermarket nearby , made it very easy to get any supplies I needed. The location couldn't have been better, as it was close to all the sites in the old town. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, great to park our bikes in the hotel yard.

Convenient location near the city center and easily accessible from the airport and bus station. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and provided a nice start to the day. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Late at night, there was a lot of noise coming from outside the hotel, difficult to sleep. The nearby bar or beer garden seemed to attract loud groups, and the noise carried into the hotel.
